Blackberry Bo

Next time you’re in San Francisco, stop by SWIG, a swanky cocktail lounge in Union Square to try the Blackberry Bo. You can also enjoy this award-winning sparkling cocktail at home, recipe courtesy of SWIG’s chief mixologist, Jenny McNamara:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 fresh blackberries and ½ ouncesSt-Germain© elderflower liqueur. Add ice and 1 ½ ounces Belvedere vodka and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and fill with Chandon Brut Classic. Garnish with 1 fresh blackberry and a lemon twist. Enjoy and repeat.
