Mom's Meatloaf Recipe

1.25 lb extra lean ground beef (7% fat)
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs (Italian seasoned, Progresso)
2/3 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. minced onion ( I use 1 tsp of dry)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp each pepper, dry mustard, celery salt, and garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into a loaf. Spread with catsup or your favorite bottled BBQ sauce. Bake 1 hour ( I usually cook it 1 1/4 hours).
Drain excess fat, if it is there, about 15 min before it is done
